Although the exact amount that Spain will request and the terms under which it will be delivered have yet to be determined, the Eurozone’s finance ministers agreed in an emergency meeting this afternoon to recapitalize the Spanish banking system with up to 100 billion euros, making it the fourth country in the European Union to receive a bailout.
